 | No complaints. The system works well as shown through several unintentional tests when the wrong passwords have been entered. What with having to remember Bankcard PINS, computer system passwords, cellphone unlock numbers, numerous social networking PINS and several Corporate codes, it's a wonder that an old feller like me can get the security system right at all. Being part of the Homestars website myself in the drain services category, we went online and got a number of quotes and services with both Homestars and others in the field. They explained the differences in the types of cameras and guided me through making an informed purchase. The job turned out great. I can see my cameras from my office or when I travel on business.  | We recently moved into a new home, with lots of windows and doors occupying its space. We wanted all the windows and doors connected, since we wanted some peace of mind when our home was left vacant. We also put some smoke detectors, which gave us a discound on our home insurance. Our sales representative was knowledgeable and helped us with integrity. He wasn't pushy and even let us ask all questions, even the silly ones. We did a lot of research with other alarm companies, but SafeTech was, by far, the most knowledgeable. BONUS: SafeTech caters to your schedule. Since we both work full-time jobs, the technician came to our house to install the security system at 8pm at night!  | I had this company upgrade the existing burglar alarm in a resale home I recently purchased. The co. representative recommended that I add smoke detectors and flood sensors to the monitored system. As a result my insurance co. gave me an additonal 10% discount on my house policy. For this I am grateful. The technician that came to my house was very knowledgeable and you could tell he had been in hundreds of homes before mine. The work was done quickly. I was impressed with how fast they came out to do the work - in less then 48 hours! Local company - easy to get hold of support people.
