What has impressed me the most is how fast the company reponded to the two false alarms I had.  | I was introduced to SafeTech alarms by my neighbour who hired them to install an alarm system for his house. Once he told me how much money he was saving on insurance I called SafeTech right away. I called SafeTech looking to get a cheap system whose main purpose would be helping me reduce insurance rates. The sales rep I dealt with was very accommodating and understood my intentions clearly, which made things easy for me. The tech that came to my house to install was fast and efficient and didn't leave my house until he was certain I understood the system. It has only been a few weeks but my system is great and best of all is saving me money. The fact that a few people on my street use SafeTech alarms was motivation for me to give them this review.  | I work in an industry where security is very important to me. The success of my business depends on the integrity of the security system I use. I use SafeTech for all of my security needs. They have installed a number of security Cameras and CCTV units for me in a number of the buildings I own. I also hired SafeTech to install a number of high end security systems for me which included a great number of entry point and motion sensors. I have even hired SafeTech to install window bars for me. The only advice I would pass on to SafeTech Alarms is that I contacting your customers every 6 months or so would go a long way toward developing a better rapport with your customers.  | When I am looking to hire a company to do some work in my house, personal I am very picky. Like at this time, I was looking for an Alarm Company who can install the alarm for me and also to monitor my system. I started with ADT, that's the only company I know and I checked their price/service. They told me something that I don't like ( it's not the time and place to say what ) so I decided to go ahead and look for another company. In the first page of Google I found a few companies who shows up by the "home alarm" search criteria. SafeTech was one of them. And I wish to congratulate them for the amazing website they have because of that I gave them a call. Their service was excellent, the technician was so friendly and very knowledgeable. I got my alarm in less time I was expected. Overall I would like to thank them and any time I would recommend them to anyone who will be interested in a home alarm.  | We have used SafeTech at our six facilities and they have been able to adapt and accommodate all our needs. It is nice to know who to deal with on a first name basis. SafeTech has great customer service they are friendly, knowledgeable and help out like your best friends. The system we have meets our security needs; we have also merged our fire and burglary monitoring with SafeTech to save costs. The technical support is great as well it is nice to talk to staff on the other end that know you and can walk you through the steps.  | What I like best about SafeTech is that they always call whenever there is something wrong and they don’t stop trying until they reach someone. At home we feel very protected knowing SafeTech is listening, especially when I am away my wife loves having SafeTech’s service. My System meets my needs all the time, whenever I have had to call the technical support line the staff has been great, always trying to help. I particularly like the web portal which allows us online access to our openings/closings and all details of our system, similar to what we have here. I found Maria prompt and resourceful. During the few times I had problems with my system SafeTech was quick to respond. Whenever I have had questions about my system or my billing SafeTech has been patient and accommodating.  | Safetech surprised me . They didn't have in stock the surveillance camera I ordered but they gave me a newest model for the same price. Now, tell me other company who is willing to do that ?  | They installed 3M Windows Film on my 15 windows and also Windows Bars to 5 windows as well. The price was fair, but in the way how they worked it amazed me.  | When I moved in my current home in Mississauga, I quoted and decided to have Safetech to install my alarm system. When the technician came, he took off his shoes and walked in with a pair of clean shoes. I was so impressed that he paid attention to such a little detail thing. After looked around, he told me that my house was pre-wired for alarm system already, but the prewired locations of the motions on main floor were not ideal. He showed me the place that only 1 motion sensor could cover the whole area. As the result, he had to run a new wire for the motion, I saved the cost for the extra 1 motion. The installation was neat and clean. After the work done, he even cleaned up the areas for me. I have been using the system since then. I had two false alarms so far and got phone calls from Safetech right after to check alarm status. I am so glad that I chose Safetech.  | I used their promotion Free Alarm and had it fited on last Saturday. And i must say it has been the best alarm that I have had. The instructions manual that comes with it was easy to do with step by step configuration, even safetech did the whole work, but later on I need to add a few more users.  | I got my home security system installed by Safetech Alarms last week. Peter, the installer was very thorough and proficient. His workmanship is excellent. He programmed the system the way I wanted. Safetech uses DSC equipment which is renowned for quality and reliability. Their after sales service is very impressive.  | Today’s world is not perfectly safe like past. When I and my family moved from Australia, we were not worried about safety and security for my family. Unfortunately, I believe just before Christmas in 2006 I had break in my house .I was terrified and worried for my family. After that I decided to put a security alarm system in my home. Shopping for alarm system was not easy either. There are so many companies and so many names. After getting a recommendation from a family friend and do my own little online research I decided to move with Safe Tech Alarm. So far I am very satisfied with their service. Especially I found their technical service department people are very nice and efficient.  | I have been a SafeTech customer for over 10 years and am happy to write this review on their behalf. I hired SafeTech to install an alarm system for my home. The installation went great they showed up the day after I called them and installed motion sensors and window and door contacts. The thing that impressed me the most about SafeTech is that the owner Sean actually showed up while the installation was taking place. I really felt that this went above and beyond what I was expecting from a security company and as a result I have employed them to monitor my alarm system for over 10 years.  | It is my pleasure to recommend SafeTech on this site. I have been a customer of SafeTech for years. I own a few small apartment buildings and hired SafeTech to install security cameras in the common areas and entry ways of all of them. The reason I have stuck with SafeTech is because they stand by the products that they sell. Whenever I have had issues with the cameras they were quick to address the problem.  | I have had a home alarm system for a few years but I was not always a customer with SafeTech. I originally had my system installed and monitored by another company. When I was with the other company I experienced terrible service, I had many false alarms and technical issues and whenever I called them they were condescending. When the contract ended I could not wait to take my business to another company. I chose SafeTech after spending some time on their website and learning about the kind of company they were. After they took over I had one false alarm and they responded quickly, they found out why it went off and told me how to prevent it from happening again.
