In January 2026, I had Safe Tech Security Company upgrade and monitor my security system.

I made the change from TELUS after 15 years since as of late, I experienced very poor service from TELUS. The customer service at Safe Tech was very professional and provided all the answers I needed that convinced me to make the change.

As well, the field tech who visited my home was very knowledgeable and did a tidy job. The monitoring station at Safe Tech is very prompt in responding to alarms.
